Being a woman myself, I know for a fact that jewelry is the best gift a girl can receive. If you are a man and you are reading this, take my advice and buy your girl jewelry for her next birthday or holiday. Believe me, you cannot go wrong with jewelry. Last Valentine’s Day my husband bought me a beautiful watch that I have worn every day since. It is one of my favorite gifts from him, because he picked it out himself, and bought it knowing how much I would love it. You see, to a woman, jewelry isn’t about the money you are spending; it is about the thought that was put into purchasing it. Here are four reasons why jewelry is always the best gift you can get a girl:
1) Jewelry says “I Listen”
It is my personal opinion that gift cards are the worst gifts you could give anyone. They are so impersonal, and to me a gift card says “I don’t know what to get you, so I got the easiest thing I could think of.” If you truly love and care about someone, you’ll listen when they speak and get them something they have been wanting, or would love. Jewelry is one of those gifts that when a man picks it out, he is picking it out because he knows the woman he is giving it to very well, he listened to her, and he found a piece of jewelry she would love.
2) Jewelry excites us
Nothing is more exciting to a woman than to receive a beautiful piece of jewelry from her man. Most women put on their gift right away, and love telling other women that he got it for her. Yes, buying our own jewelry is fun too, but it feels so much more special to wear something your guy gave you!
3) Jewelry makes us sparkle
You could have the most fabulous closet full of clothes in the world, but if you don’t have any good jewelry to go with it, your outfits won’t be as good. I believe that jewelry makes your clothes. It adds that something special, and really ties the outfit together. Women love to sparkle, and receiving jewelry really makes us sparkle.
4) Jewelry lasts a lifetime
Yes, I love chocolates and flowers. But chocolate you can eat in ten minutes, and flowers die in a week. Jewelry, however, lasts forever. She will always have the memory of when you gave her a piece, and will always have it to wear. Also, one day she could pass that lovely memory down to her daughter, making the piece of jewelry mean so much more than happy birthday.
